Where do I go to make an online payment?

Customers can make an online payment on their account by going to the Company website, www.mymoneytogo.com, and selecting the Pay Online option.  

Before making a payment, the system will require that you review and accept the policies and consent forms related to online transactions.  Once accepted, the MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT link will be available.  Clicking on this link takes you into the payment gateway which is where the payments are entered.

How will my electronic payment show on my bank statement?

Electronic payments will show on your bank statement with the description SOUTHERNMANAGE.  Southern Management Corporation is the parent Company for the following brands:

Southern Finance

Covington Credit

Quick Credit

What kind of electronic payment is accepted?

The Company accepts only Visa Debit cards and Mastercard Debit cards.  If your card is declined, please contact your branch to make payment arrangements.

What information do I need to log in securely?

The Company takes the security of our customer’s information very seriously.  In order to make an online payment, you must enter the following information.  If you do not have this information, please contact your branch.  They will be happy to help you!

Account holder’s last name

Last 4 digits of the account holder’s social security number

Account number 

Contract number

Branch ID

Once your information is validated, you will be able to proceed with making and online payment!

When will my payment post to my account?

Online payments always have a transaction date that is the same as the date the payment was made.  It may take 1 to 3 business days for a payment to post to your account at your branch.

How do I get a receipt?

The online payment software allows you to print a copy of the receipt.  If you enter an email address, you may also choose to have a receipt emailed to the email address entered.

What do I do if I want to pay-off my account or make a final payment?

In order to pay-off your account, please contact your branch to obtain the current pay-off balance.  The branch can take the pay-off over the phone using your debit card or you may go by the branch and make the payment in person using cash, personal check, or debit card. 

Can I pay more than the minimum payment amount?

Absolutely!  However, if you would like to pay-off your account, please contact the branch in order to be sure you have the correct pay-off amount.

What is the minimum amount I can pay?

The payment screen shows the current amount due including any late fees or other charges.  This amount shows in the Amount to Pay field.  The amount to pay can be modified, but any amount less than a regular payment will be rejected by the system. 

If your account is past due, and you are not paying the amount necessary to bring the account current, you will need to contact the branch immediately to make arrangements to pay the remaining past due amount.

What does the Company do with my debit card information?

The Company does not store your credit card information for security reasons.  This is why you will need to enter your information each time you make an electronic payment.

Can I refinance my account online?

The Company does not currently allow accounts to be refinanced online.  However, we encourage you to contact your branch to discuss your eligibility for the refinance program.  We look forward to working with you!

What do I do if I have a problem making an online payment?

If you need to obtain or confirm your validation criteria, please contact your branch.

If you cannot access or receive an error attempting to access the online payment option on the Company website, 

Verify that you are using the current version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox.

If the problem continues, please contact us using the form provided on the www.mymoneytogo.com website under the CONTACT US link.  Please provide as much information on the problem and the error message as possible.  If the issue is with our website, we will implement a fix as quickly as possible.  

Note that the Company does not support our customer’s electronic devices or browsers and configuration/settings. 

The online payment option is provided as a convenience to our customers.  It is important to remember that the Company accepts cash, check and debit card payments in the office as well as debit card payments over the telephone so if you have an issue with the online service, contact your branch to make an alternative form of payment.
